Alik Kassner, is a Co-Managing Partner in one of Denver's largest non-medical, family-owned home care companies. Alik holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Toronto and following a twenty year career in banking with stops in Düsseldorf, St.Petersburg, Toronto and Moscow, Alik has been working as a health care executive in Denver since 2012. Focused on providing high-quality care and with a proven track-record and interest in acquiring other non-medical agencies, Alik has been instrumental in expanding Alpine’s service offering and clientele across different waivers & payors, while successfully implementing new incentive & benefits structures and modernizing IT/scheduling/EVV systems. He is a board member of the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado since 2018 and has been serving as Treasurer since 2020. Alik is also the President of the Home Care Political Action Committee since 2019. As an active member of HHAC’s Legislative & Regulatory Committee, Alik is actively involved in the HHAC’s response to new legislative & regulatory challenges, as well as being the association’s point person on Electronic Visit Verification.
