Erica McClurg has been a dedicated member of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) since 2011, where she began her journey as a Surveyor-Trainer-Supervisor in the Nursing Facilities branch. In January 2022, she advanced to the role of Home Care and Hospice Services Manager. With a robust nursing background spanning over 23 years in home care, hospice, and nursing facilities, Erica brings extensive expertise and a deep commitment to her role. She is dedicated to strengthening communication and fostering transparency with stakeholders, reflecting her focus on quality and accountability in home care and hospice services.
